At Warstic, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully equipped for battle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; bats must still be in their original plastic shrink wrap to be eligible.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely package your items before dropping them off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
